Another month, another batch of movies for you to come along and watch with us.

It’s simple – grab a copy of the movie, come along to the Discord Server, and when The Raggedyman says “GO!” press play and then chat along with other fans of offbeat cinema. Watch it to the end and then vote if it’s Trash Or Treasure. The only three rules: don’t be a dick, if you start it you must finish, and a Trash vote only counts if you say something actually nice about the film.

August the 5th – Double Dragon
“Two brothers have half of a powerful ancient Chinese talisman. An evil gang leader has the other half, and determines to get the brothers’ half and have a complete medallion so he can gain absolute power.”

August the 12th – Bonejangles
“While transporting the legendary serial killer Bonejangles to an asylum, a group of police officers break down in a town cursed with demonic zombies. The only way they can survive the night and save the town is to release Bonejangles to help them fight the curse, with something much worse.”

August the 19th – Riddler’s Moon
“In Indiana, a single mother and her wheelchair-bound son live on a farm that has not produced crops for years. Suddenly, the land becomes fertile and blossoms, and so do the neighbors’ imaginations. The reason for the sudden fertility turns out to be extra-terrestrial.”

August the 26th – Suburban Gothic
“Raymond has a prestigious MBA, but he can’t find work. Kicked out of his big-city apartment, Raymond returns home to his overbearing mother, ex-jock father, and beer-bellied classmates. But when a vengeful ghost terrorizes the small town, the city-boy recruits Becca, a badass local bartender, to solve the mystery of the spirit threatening everyone’s lives.”

Please Note: The Trash or Treasure watch-along schedule is voted on each month at the Facebook Group. All watch-alongs are “Bring Your Own Copy!”, and we assume you are adults so don’t need telling where and how to get your hands on one. Don’t be a dick is enforced by mods with ban buttons and no accountability. The movies are selected because they are off the beaten track and may be Trash or Treasure/have a 50/50 rating and look interesting. Snarking for snark’s sake isn’t cool so don’t be awful as it’s not funny. We assure you, we are really nice people.
